Expressions of Interest – SEPA Constitution Review Panel

Sports and Exercise Podiatry Australia (SEPA) is calling for expressions of interest from members to be part of a constitutional review and rewrite panel.

Are you passionate about SEPA? Do you have experience serving at Board level? Then this is your opportunity to help shape SEPA and broaden your governance experience!

The Sports and Exercise Podiatry Australia (SEPA) Board is calling for expressions of interest from members to be part of a constitutional review and rewrite panel.

As part of this panel, you will develop and review changes that will appropriately align the present SEPA constitution (Australasian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine 2013 version) and the updated 2020 SEPA vision and strategic rebrand, with current best practice governance.

It is expected that this project will take approximately 12 months, commencing in October 2021 and concluding at the 2022 SEPA Annual General Meeting.

It is vital that you are passionate about SEPA, that you can commit to the entire process, and that you have a strong understanding and background in board governance and procedure at a higher level.  Previous not-for-profit or paid board experience is preferred.

The project will be chaired by former SEPA President Adam Glascock and the panel members will report back to a current SEPA Board member and the SEPA Board Executive.

Please email your expression of interest or any questions regarding the project to admin@sepa.org.au

Expressions of interest will close on Friday 10th September at 5pm.
